In the fast-paced world we live in, it is very easy to forget all about our soul. We can see ourselves as machines moving from one thing to the next. In truth, we are multifaceted individuals with a body, mind, heart and soul. In order to be happy and healthy, each of these aspects need to be cared for and nurtured.
How do we connect with our soul? How do we know what it needs? It starts by paying a lot of attention to what comes into your life and how you respond to those things. Over the course of 30 years, I have noticed 10 ways that my soul has spoken to me. These messages have revealed deep understandings about myself and have led me to many joyful experiences, that I might not otherwise have had.
For example, when I visited the Cloverleaf archaeological site before the Bennington Bypass was built, something significant happened, while listening to the PR person give a talk about the project. I felt an enormous ache in my gut, that could not be ignored. I signed up to be a volunteer and became part of the crew. I worked with them for several years; they became family to me. This was one of the best decisions I ever made. It filled me with immense joy and, in the process, I unearthed more of myself.
If this idea intrigues you, bring your stories and questions to Hearing the Voice of Your Soul. This first circle will be free to assess interest in having more circles with a spiritual focus. Subsequent circles will have a fee and be offered on a wide sliding scale. Some future topics include:
Elevating People’s Spirits,
A Circle on Acceptance, Love and Being Good Enough,
Creating our own Stability and
Embracing Change and the Unknown.
