To be held at the Watkins House of Arlington Common, 3839 Route 7A. Offered on a sliding scale of $10-30/person. Bring a journal, pen and your open heart. Please RSVP by November 16.
Why is it so challenging to feel accepted? Why does our culture create so much division and separation? Much of it is rooted in continuous comparisons, judgment and criticism, coming at us from many sources. One-upmanship is perpetuated by strong beliefs in materialism and consumerism, both of which are supported by the media, advertising and social media. The question needs to be asked: Do we want to live this way? I believe that we can change how we live on our planet and heal, by focusing on honor and acceptance.
Our circle will focus on the process of self-acceptance, self love and feeling good about ourselves. In very safe space, that will include honoring privacy, we will reflect upon several questions. Sharing your answers, if you choose to, will start your healing process. This circle will also include a ceremony to deepen our experience. As we work to understand and accept ourselves, we will be more able to love ourselves, and from this place, we will know that we ARE good enough!!
This work can also be done as, or continued in, a private workshop.
